The Project:
Integration of Atlassian Intelligence for Enhanced Administration
We initiated the integration of Atlassian Intelligence into the Atlassian Administration platform, enabling administrators to seamlessly activate individual product features. This project aimed to streamline the management of AI capabilities, simplify administrative processes, and enhance control and visibility across our products. By facilitating progressive rollouts of AI features, we improved overall efficiency and effectiveness in product management.
The Strategy:
Crafting High-Quality In-Product Content for Onboarding
To help users complete onboarding tasks efficiently and seamlessly, we focused on creating high-quality in-product copy. With Atlassian Intelligence becoming generally available, ensuring our content adhered to brand and content guidelines was a top priority. We aimed for consistency across all products while maintaining our tone and voice. I collaborated with key stakeholders throughout the design process to gain a deep understanding of Atlassian Intelligence, which enabled me to craft user-centric content. For the best content outcomes, various approaches to UI information went through several rounds of content critique.
Selection of products
Users are provided with clear instructions for selecting products to enable Atlassian Intelligence features.
Review and save
Users are presented with a review and save screen, along with terms and conditions to consider before finalizing their selection.
Post configuration
Once products are enabled, users receive a success notification confirming that Atlassian Intelligence has been activated for their selected products.
Error state
In cases where Atlassian Intelligence is unavailable to an organization, an error screen has been created.
Release notes
To notify our administrators that Atlassian Intelligence was being integrated into Atlassian Administration, we issued release notes.
